FAQ's:

How soon can I expect my order to ship after it has been paid for?

All orders will be scheduled to ship within twenty four (24) to forty eight (48) hours after our verification department confirms the validity of the payment information provided for credit card purchases, money orders, and certified checks.  There is a twenty one (21) day hold on all payments made by personal and/or business checks - orders will be shipped after this time period has expired.

What shipping methods do you use, and can I upgrade my shipping?

We use UPS and FEDEX as our shipping source. Yes, shipping method can be upgraded for an additional fee.

If I live in Wisconsin can I pick up from your retail location and do I have to pay Wisconsin taxes?

Yes, customers can pick up merchandise from our retail location with at least twenty four (24) hours prior notification. Any pick up or shipping within Wisconsin are subject to Wisconsin taxes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, money orders, personal and/or business checks.

Do you ship to alternate addresses?

Payment made by credit card - No, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder.
Payment made by  personal and/or business check - we can ship to any location in the U.S. after our twenty one (21) day hold period.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally.

PAYMENT

Acceptable forms of payment are:  All major credit cards.
Money Orders, Certified Checks, Personal Checks and Business Checks. Checks must be received within 10 business days after order is confirmed.  All personal and/or business checks are subject to twenty one (21) day hold for confirmation of payment.

Wisconsin customers will be subject to 5.60% sales tax.

RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a product purchased from DBEC LLC and wish to return it for a refund, you may return it within ten (10) days of delivery subject to the following return policy:

  • The item(s) must be returned in all original manufacturers packaging (including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards) and copy of customer sales invoice. All returns are subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee.

  • All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number issued by DBEC LLC using the link to the form below.

  • Please write the RA number issued to you by DBEC LLC on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will be discarded.

  • Exchanged items will be replaced within ten (10) days from the date the product is received by DBEC LLC.

  • No refund or returns on any beverage or food related products.

  • Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

Cancelled Orders Before Shipment Has Occurred

All product orders must be cancelled within twenty four (24) hours from the time the order is placed to receive a full refund. Orders that are not cancelled within the twenty four (24) hour time period are subject to a ten percent (10%) administration fee.

Cancelled Orders After Product Is Shipped

If an order is cancelled after it has already been shipped, and you decide that you no longer wish to purchase the product, you may return it to DBEC LLC subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee.  Returned products must be unopened in their original packaging, including all product manuals and warranty cards.

DBEC LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs. In the event you decide to return a product purchased from DBEC LLC, all shipping and insurance costs will be borne entirely by the customer. Shipping charges on the original shipment to the customer are non-refundable. Shipping charges are higher when items are shipped from the customer to the warehouse due to DBEC LLC having subsidized the cost of shipping during initial purchase. All returns are to be shipped to 3700 East Elm Road, Oak Creek, Wisconsin 53154-6618.

Opened or Partially Assembled Products

All opened products are subject to twenty five percent (25%), repackaging and quality control fee. All partially assembled products are subject to a thirty five percent (35%) fee. If any parts or manuals are missing or damaged they will be replaced and charged to the customer at cost of parts.

Custom Orders

Custom ordered products cannot be returned for a refund nor will any cancellation of a custom ordered product be honored after forty eight (48) hours of placing such order with DBEC LLC.

Damaged Or Missing Orders

If your order has any damaged or missing parts, or you have not received your order, you must go to the link indicated below and file a report within ten (10) days of the shipment date.

Any and all damages must be reported using the link below. If this procedure is not followed within ten days of the shipment date, DBEC LLC will not be held responsible.  Upon filling out the form at the link below, DBEC LLC will issue a claim number.

You must retain this claim number for verification.
