FAQ's:
How soon can I expect my order to ship after it has been paid for?
All orders will be scheduled to ship within 24 to 48 hours after our verification
department verifies and the validity of the payment information provided.
What shipping methods do you use, and can I upgrade my shipping?
We use UPS and FEDEX as our shipping source. Yes, Shipping method can be upgraded
for an additional fee.
If I live in Wisconsin can I pick up from your retail location and do I have to
pay Wisconsin taxes?
Yes, customers can pick up merchandise from our retail location with at least 24
hours prior notification, so that we may prepare the order. Any pick up or shipping within Wisconsin are subject
to Wisconsin taxes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for credit cards, money
orders, checks and business checks.
Do you ship to alternate addresses?
No, we only ship to the billing address if payment is made by credit card. If you
pay by check, we can ship to any location in the U.S. After our 21 day hold period.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally.

What do I do if I think there is a problem with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service department and have all your information handy
and they will resolve your issues.

Acceptable forms of payment are: All major credit cards.
Money Orders, Certified Checks, Personal Check and Business Checks. Checks must be received within 10 business
days after order is confirmed.
Customers must confirm their order by calling 1-866-762-0889 within 2 business
days (48 hours) after notification. Please see our hours of operation below.

Please allow 21 business days for all forms of check and non-US Postal Money Orders
to clear our account prior to shipping.

SHIPPING
We ONLY ship to confirmed addresses and billing addresses (Credit Cards). No
exceptions to this rule.
Wisconsin customers will be subject to 5.60% sales tax.
If you can not abide by our Terms and Conditions please do not purchase! APO,

RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a product purchased
from DB Entertainment and wish to return it for a refund, you may return it within ten (10) days of delivery
subject to the following return policy:

The item must be returned in all the original manufacturers packaging, including
cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice.

All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be
accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number.

Please place the RA number given to you by DB Entertainment, on two sides of the
carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted.

Replacement items will be exchanged within 10 days from the day the customer
received the original item.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

No refunds. Exchanges only accepted after 10 days and according to listed guidelines.
Cancelled Orders Before Shipment Has Occurred
All product orders must be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours from the time
the order is placed to receive a full refund. Orders that are not cancelled
within the twenty-four (24) hour time period are subject to a ten percent (10%)
administration fee.
Cancelled Orders After Product Is Shipped If an order is cancelled after it has already been shipped, and for whatever
reason you decide that you no longer wish to purchase the product, you may return it to DB Entertainment
subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee. Returned products must be unopened in their original
packaging, including all product manuals and warranty cards.
DB Entertainment is not responsible for return shipping costs. In the event
you decide to return a product purchased from DB Entertainment, all shipping and insurance costs will be
borne entirely by the customer. Shipping charges on the original shipment to the customer are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are higher when they are shipped from the customer to the warehouse due to DB Entertainment
having subsidized the cost of shipping during initial purchase. All returns are to be shipped to 3700 East Elm
Road Oak Creek, Wisconsin 53154.
Opened or Partially Assembled Products
All opened products are subject to twenty five percent (25%), repackaging and
quality control fee. All partially assembled products are subject to a thirty-five percent (35%) fee. If any
parts or manuals are missing or damaged they will be replaced and charged to the customer at cost of parts.
Custom Orders Custom ordered products cannot be returned for a refund nor will any cancellation
of a custom ordered product be honored after forty-eight (48) hours of placing such order with DB Entertainment.
